I’m a little worried that I’ve gotten unhealthily skinny. I was doing jumping jacks this morning, and my ribs looked almost grotesquely defined (especially my sternum). I know I’m quite skinny, I haven’t been eating much lately - I’ve simply been focusing on NOT binging and eating healthy. I’ve also lost a lot of water weight, since I’ve stopped eating so much sodium and I’ve stopped purging.
idk, guys: I’m five foot even and I weight about 90 pounds. I know that’s skinny, but is it TOO skinny? I feel perfectly fine, so I’m not particularly worried, but I don’t want to concern my friends or family.
